1. Who we are
New Balls Management V.O.F. is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We develop and provide a SaaS platform for tennis and padel academies. For any questions about this privacy statement, please contact us at info@newballsmanagement.com.

4. On what legal basis?
We process personal data to perform the agreement, to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interest or – where required – on the basis of your consent.
5. Processing on behalf of academies
When an academy processes personal data of players, parents, trainers or staff via the NBM platform, the academy is the data controller. New Balls Management processes this data solely on behalf of the academy and in accordance with the arrangements made and the GDPR.
6. Sharing personal data
We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with service providers necessary for the delivery of our services, or when we are legally required to do so.
7. Retention periods
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. After termination of a subscription we in principle delete account data within 90 days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. Correspondence processed via the mail assistant is retained for a maximum of 6 months to provide the assistant with context for follow-up messages, and is then automatically deleted.
8. Cookies
We use functional cookies that are necessary for the operation of our website and platform. Any analytical cookies are only used to the extent permitted under applicable law.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Requests can be sent to info@newballsmanagement.com.
